Booking & Tickets
Tickets are issued electronically and linked to the booking reference (PNR) and passenger name. Passenger details must match the passport or ID; the booking party is responsible for their accuracy.
Fares & Payment
Final fares are those shown at booking confirmation, including taxes and fees. Payment is accepted via approved methods (Sadad, Tadawul, cards) or cash at sales offices.
Changes & Cancellation
Flight dates may be changed or tickets cancelled per fare-class conditions via Manage Booking or sales offices; change fees may apply.
Baggage
Free checked allowance is 30 kg in Economy and 40 kg in Business Class, plus a 7 kg cabin bag, unless stated otherwise on the ticket.
Airport Arrival
Arrive 2 hours early for domestic and 3 hours for international flights. Check-in closes 45 minutes (domestic) and 60 minutes (international) before departure.
